I can highly recommend Ted. I had him around this morning investigating after I heard a creature during the night. Ted offered to come out next day at no charge to survey the problem, he was friendly, arrived on time and even offered to hoover up the insulating bits which fell out of the loft – a real gem and a gentleman!

We contacted Ted after discovering a wasps nest in our roof, this was after reading recommendations from other net mums. Ted was brilliant, he came within the hour, dealt with the problem for a very fair price and gave us lots of advice about what we should expect to see following the treatment.
Unfortunately the next day I was dismayed to discover another nest and again rang Ted. To my amazement he said he would come later on that day and would treat the problem for no extra charge, he was as good as his word and the wasps are now gone, I would not hesitate to recommend Ted, a true gentleman.

Ted came out late at night when I heard noises from behind my washing machine. He searched around my flat, pulled out my washing machine and found holes where mice were getting in. Ted then blocked the holes and put my mind at rest there were none in the flat, thanks again Ted.
After a week of noises in the loft Ted identified unwelcome guests in the loft. He sorted out the rats after a couple of weeks then cleared, disinfected and proofed everywhere.
The insulation was replaced and the loft was left fresh, clean and tidy thank you Ted for a great job!
